Sarah Gyampoh, LMSW, RYT, RPYT

Hi! I’m Sarah.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a certified yoga instructor (RYT, RPYT), I’m dedicated to helping people clear the mental, emotional, and energetic blocks that prevent them from living their fullest lives. Drawing on tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, my approach integrates therapeutic techniques with holistic practices to help you reconnect with your authentic self.

This connection allows you to approach life’s inevitable ups and downs with clarity, resilience, and a sense of grace.

From working with women and youth in the Dominican Republic as a Peace Corps Volunteer, to healing from the grief of losing my mom when I was 18, and navigating life as a mom of 5, my life’s experiences have shown me how to hold space for your humanity and your radiance.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and empowered. Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about clearing away the layers that no longer serve you so your natural strengths and inner wisdom can shine through. “Healing is not about becoming someone else; it’s about reconnecting with who you truly are.” This journey requires both courage and compassion, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

My passion lies in helping you rediscover the peace and power within yourself.

hrough mindfulness, you’ll learn to quiet self-doubt and anxiety, and with CBT, you’ll develop tools to reframe negative patterns that may be holding you back. As Carl Jung said, “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.” I’m honored to guide you on this transformative path, helping you embrace your true self and step forward with purpose.

Fun Facts About Me

Reading is my inhale and writing is my exhale.  I love spending time with my children being silly and having living room dance parties.

When I’m not working, you can find me in the kitchen preparing a new dish or practicing yoga, meditation, and creating the life I desire to live.
