Aubree Harding, LMSW

Be WellHi! I’m Aubree.

For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a nurse, however I later discovered that wasn’t the path that I truly envisioned for myself. After doing some soul searching, I learned about the field of social work, and imagined that being the perfect career for me. I attended Salisbury University and earned my bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work. I am currently working towards my level 1 trauma course at the Ferentz Institute.

My focus is working with individuals that struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, situational stressors, relationships difficulties, and everyday challenges. I have several years’ experience working with children and young adolescents in a school setting and have worked with adults in intensive outpatient and inpatient programs.

I understand firsthand what it is like to experience challenges that seem impossible to overcome. By connecting to our mind, body and spirit, we can begin the healing process.

My approach is individualized to your needs, with an emphasis on holistic approaches.

I truly believe that everyone’s story and experience is unique, therefore creating an approach that is specific to your needs is essential for healing the whole person. While addressing your needs as an individual, my hope is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for you to let your guard down and overcome obstacles.

I am trained in a variety of holistic treatment modalities with a focus on person centered healing and an emphasis on your strengths as a client. I believe you already have what it takes to heal, and I will be your guide to find that within yourself. I love incorporating art, mindfulness and guided imagery into sessions.
